 Our Services and Staff Chiropractic Care Chiropractic treatments usually involve adjusting the joints and bones of the spine and pelvisis using twisting, pulling, or pushing movements. Heat, electrical stimulation, or ultrasound is sometimes used to help relax the muscles before doing a spinal adjustment.
